A Career Built on Belief
My journey in football spans over two decades, beginning in grassroots academy coaching and culminating in leading the England Amputee National Team to their first-ever major title on the international stage. Every step has been driven by a belief that sport has the power to transform lives.
In 2026, I was deeply honoured to receive the British Empire Medal (BEM) in the King's Birthday Honours for services to disability sport — a recognition not just of my work, but of the incredible athletes, staff, and community who have supported this journey.
Based in Blackpool, Lancashire, I now focus on sharing my story through keynote speaking and advocating for inclusive sport at every level. My mission is simple: to show that disability is not a barrier, but a different path to the same destination.
